Rallies and Clinics

This is where you will find all of the information about the latest rallies, clinics and fixtures. You will be able to download and print off the booking form from below, or text, phone and email options are available.  See each organiser for preference.

 

Fees are as indicated. If rallies are oversubscribed, priority will be given to those who have helped the Club in some capacity over the past year



 

PAYMENTS FOR RALLIES AND CLININCS

 

Rally organisers ask members who know that they wish to book in for a Rally or Clinic to send in their slips, email or text and bring payment on the day.  There is no need to ring up and enquire about availability unless you find that you are, at the last minute, unable to attend in which case please let the organiser know asap.

Please note that Membership Cards will be sent to you direct from British Riding Clubs.

 

It has been to decided to make life easier for members, organsiers and our Treasurer all rallies and clinics will be paid for with cash on the day.

 

Cancellations can not be accepted after the organiser has booked the instructor and venue (typically 48 hours) and payments will be incurred.

To book you can either email, call or text where available. 

 

Rally organisers ask members to inform them at least a week in advance if they wish to attend.  Last minute availability will be accommodated if possible but venue and trainer need to be booked so please  let organisers know in good time.

 FIXTURES AND RALLIES - July -November 2020.

 

Attending riding club Rallies and Clinics guidance during Covid 19.

 

The committee are very glad that we are able to again offer training and thank all of you and our trainers and yards for helping us do this.

 

 

Do not attend a rally or clinic if you or anyone in your household have signs of Covid 19.

 

Please adhere to the biosecurity of the yard and trainer. Ensure you know these prior to attending the session.

 

Please maintain physical distance and minimise number of people you interact with.

 

Please ensure you wash your hands or use hand sanitiser

as you enter and leave yard.

 

Minimise handing any equipment.... of gates latches, door handle etc.

If you would like to compete, either as an individual or in a team, in Area 5 and other Riding Club competitions during 2020. Please contact the relevant team manager, they will welcome you and give all relevant details – there really is a competition for every member and their horse:-

For anybody attending any RC event, including rallies, clinics and fun rides, approved hats (see below) are required.  If competing for the club, they need to be tagged with the current tag. If riding at championships, you should take your hat, passport and horse to the Flu Vac area before going anywhere else.  And good luck!

 

 

PLEASE CAN ALL MEMBERS WISHING TO TAKE PART IN TEAM COMPETITIONS GET IN TOUCH WITH THE TEAM MANAGERS AND MAKE THEM AWARE THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED!
